It delivers that wattage without pulling a massive current, which keeps your wiring simple and prevents voltage drop issues. Less fuss, more performance.

The Build That Takes the Heat

The tube itself is made of quartz. Why? Because it can handle the shock of heating up and cooling down, over and over again, without cracking under pressure. Inside, the halogen cycle does its job, keeping the element clean so the output stays rock-solid for the long haul. We also added a special coating that pushes the output into the far-infrared band, so your materials absorb the heat more efficiently. And the R7s connector? It’s a straightforward, two-contact design. It handles the high current and makes the whole thing a simple drop-in replacement. Wire it, clamp it, and you’re good to go.

Where It Shines (And What to Watch For)

This tube really shines in demanding jobs like PET blowing, where you need fast, predictable heating in a specific spot. The far-infrared heat penetrates evenly, which cuts warm-up time and keeps cycles consistent. Its compact size also gives you serious flexibility, especially in tight spaces. But here’s the thing to keep in mind: that power comes with a price. 2500W generates a lot of heat. If your machine can’t shed that heat, you’ll shorten the life of the tube and everything around it.
