The trick is getting that infrared energy deep into the core of the PC or PET preform without accidentally scorching the outside. That’s exactly what we focused on when we built these heating modules. The secret is in the penetration. Most standard lamps just bake the surface and waste energy. We do things differently. By using shortwave infrared emitters with a specific quartz blend, we shift the spectrum. This lets the heat skip past the “skin” and hit the center where it actually belongs. We also tweak the wattage density across the tube so you don’t end up with those annoying cold spots in the middle of the zone. Let’s talk hardware. These are designed as drop-in replacements.
