Most of the heaters you’ll find for horses are just generic lamps. They blast a lot of heat, but it mostly sits on the surface. We spent a lot of time in the lab rethinking how this actually works because, for muscle recovery, surface heat isn’t enough. You need that warmth to sink deep into the tissue. Here’s the thing about the physics. Most standard lamps waste a ton of energy creating visible light. Not only is that a waste, but it can actually stress a horse out. We tweaked the filaments and the gas inside the tubes to shift that energy. Instead of a bright light, we focused the power into infrared bands that cut through the skin and hit the muscles. It means your horse gets the deep therapy they need without the risk of scorching their skin. Built for the stable, not a lab Stables are messy. They’re dusty, damp, and generally tough on gear. A few things to keep in mind Now, because these are so powerful, you have to be smart about where you put them. If you mount them too close, you’re asking for surface burns.
